Keith qualified as a Solicitor in August 1977 and is a founding Partner of Goodhand and Forsyth. Keith gained Higher Rights of Audience in 1996 and regularly undertakes Crown Court hearings including trials and has represented clients on a range of matters including murder. Keith has also successfully appealed a number of sentences. Keith also undertakes prosecution work on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions and Local Borough Councils.

David Forsyth

David qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and founding Partner of Goodhand and Forsyth and has been a qualified Solicitor for over 40 years.
David is able to provide clients with a full service from arrest, up to the conclusion of their matter and he attained his Higher Rights of Audience, which allows him to represent clients in the Crown Court.

Katie qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Katie is experienced in all types of criminal matters, with a particular emphasis on serious crown court case preparation.
She provides assistance to client’s both at the police station and the magistrates court. She is an accredited police station representative and duty solicitor.
